Karl Lagerfeld
Our collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld involves running
the production for their digital line opening seasons and
outlet productions. This project was particularly
challenging due to tight deadlines and limited sample availability.
To overcome these challenges, we created a flexible approach to
planning and production. Despite these hurdles, we recently successfully
produced a full season comprising 1000 products and approximately
4,000 images across 30 sets in just three days, while maintaining
our promise of a 3-5 workday post-production delivery.
By customising our workflow to accommodate the dynamic needs of Karl Lagerfeld, we demonstrated our ability to adapt and optimise our processes. Our team efficiently responded to last-minute changes, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of assets. This case study highlights our commitment to understanding and meeting the specific requirements of our clients, enabling us to deliver results within demanding timeframes.
